Here at Nirman Center for Counseling and Guidance, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part by creating awareness on mental health issues and break the taboo. Our services are aimed at helping our clients achieve well balanced, positive and meaningful life. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.

Founder & Director
Mrs. Priyanka Charan
Nirman Center for Counseling and Guidance, was an initiative by Mrs. Priyanka Charan to be a catalyst for positive change in the field of counselling and mental health. Since its beginning she has been driven by the of: support, empowerment, and progress.
In her career of 18 plus years as counsellor, psychotherapist, trainer, social worker and social advocate in the field she has worked with various corporate organizations, government agencies, hospitals, NGO's, educational institutes and associations. with her educational qualification in social work and psychology she has worked as counsellor and therapist with women, children, young adults and families; At the same time has worked with organizations on soft skill and behavior training and mentoring leadership qualities.
Her in-depth understanding of her field has helped her present papers and conduct seminar on issues related to mental health.
To create awareness on the topic of positive mental health and wellness she has her own podcast and Facebook page "Handmade Happiness".
with this initiative it is her endeavor to contribute towards helping people seek help and reach out to build positive and meaningful connections and state of mind.
